A face-to-face meeting is preferred in our office or at clients side for the initial requirement collection phase. Then we host the suggested designs via our secure testing server for you to view the work in progress. After which we can communicate via email or telephone to ensure you are getting exactly what you expect from us.

The timescale of a website design project is decided according to the complexity of task. If you have a deadline in mind we will make every effort to meet it. Generally the delay in the creation and completion of a new website is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to us by the client. For most web designing projects, we try to deliver you the final product within the 8-12 week time-frame.

No. We discuss with you about your requirements and then provide the service quote. We work hard so that you get what you paid for. Web development is very much an evolutionary process and often clients may change the scope of a project during its development period. If situation arises to alter the price quote , we will communicate this to you before any extra work is started.
