Damodar Adhikari
Co-Founder & Executive Chairman |
Damodar Adhikari, Masters Degree holder in Management from Tribhuwan University, is an established entrepreneur of Nepalese IT Industry, Chairs the Board of Directors of e-Zone International as Executive Chairman. He continues to share responsibility for e-Zone’s day-to-day operations with Rama Kharel and other executive heads.
He has a sound knowledge and information in almost every field of IT Industry due to his investment of 15 fruitful years of his age in this Industry. His well-seasoned perspective perfectly complements e-Zone's needs as a young and rapidly growing organization with a unique corporate culture.
He has given a good guidance to the students being a Teacher and/or Department Head in reputed Institutions like St. Xavier, AVM and Baba for 7 years. He is a member of Board of directors of a recently established and rapidly growing Educational Institution, Arunodaya Academy and Buddha Vision Academy.
He feels comfort to work with minimum resource to maximize the productivity and profitability. He truly trusts his enthusiastic and efficient team. He has a keen interest on searching and giving the opportunities to the talents being backward due to time/situation/fortune.

Rama Kharel
Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer |
Rama Kharel, Masters Degree holder in Economics from Tribhuwan University, is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of e-Zone International since its establishment in 2003. She continues to share responsibility for e-Zone’s day-to-day operations with Damodar Adhikari and other executive heads.
She is a leader of the business strategy practice and worked with a wide range of firms on business development, business model transformation and operational issues. Her experience includes extensive work in customer relation management, consumer software and hardware technology and online consumer services.
She has played a vital role in rural education via a social organization Educational Supervision Program, Gulmi, Nepal for 1 year, and also handled the New Shine Star English Boarding School, Gulmi for 2 years as Vice Principal. Because of her sincere and efficient execution of each program/departments, the company is able to meet the business targets.
She is a management consultant in the technology on issues of organizational design, talent acquisition and development, and cultural transformation
Her highly co-operative and truly supportive character is playing a vital role to make her a successful entrepreneur of IT industry. |

Kumud Parajuli
Head of the Department, Software Development

Kumud Parajuli joined e-Zone in 2005 and is a Head of the Department, Software Development. In this role, Kumud leads the technology development and innovation efforts for the company's developing and monetization systems, including business development strategies. Kumud brings more than 5 years of experience in web based software design and development
Kumud is an industry veteran who oversees the teams that manage e-Zone’s innovative product portfolio and go-to-market strategies. In this role, Kumud oversees the design, creation and improvement of all of e-Zone’s products, from consumer offerings to publisher and business services. He directs the teams with a special focus on delivering exceptional user experience, continuous innovation, and highly relevant, accountable, and untraditional marketing.
Prior to joining e-Zone, he was a technology trainer with National Web College, and founded a web development start-up. Kumud holds a bachelor's degree in computer application from MCRPSV, Bhopal, India.

Dinesh Sapkota
Manager, Business Development |
Dinesh Sapkota is Manager, Business Development, responsible for all of e-Zone business development for the region. He is also responsible for business development in USA, Europe, and worldwide, including all International and local business.
Before joining e-Zone, Dinesh held the position of senior IT Expert at a number of leading Technology Companies. Most recently he was IT Officer of UNDP (Assistance to Peace Process of Nepal), where he managed technically all aspect of ICT utilizations. Previously, he was Senior IT Infrastructure Solution Provider of Mercantile Office Systems, a leading provider of IT services and solutions in Nepal. In the very beginning of his career, he served as a technology trainer at National Web College, and founded an Advanced Networking and Systems start-up.
Dinesh holds a Bachelors Degree of Computer Science and Professional Certifications: Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA) from Microsoft Corporation Inc, USA and Apple Products Professional(APP) from Apple Corporation Inc, USA.

Dinesh Danuwar
Director, Networking & Support |
Dinesh joined e-Zone as Director of Networking & Support in January 2008. In that role he has led the development and operations of e-Zone's production hardware infrastructure, network, and major user-facing services.
He is Cisco Certified Network Associates and an Established Network Administrator of Kathmandu Valley. He was in the post of Network Engineer of Websurfer Nepal for 4 years, and as a System/Network Administrator of Namche Networks for 1 year.
Dinesh holds bachelor's in Arts from Tribhuwan University, Nepal. |

Mahesh Gyawali
System Analyst

Mahesh Gyawali joined e-zone on August 2005 and has been working in the post of System Analyst. He is double graduate in Arts and Education majoring in English from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He holds diploma in Computer Application Programming from College of Software Engineering, Kathmandu in 2003. Analyzing different IT solutions and their suitability within the framework of customer community and software development team is one of his major duties.
His highly innovative and supportive character is playing a vital role to build him a successful System Analyst of IT industry.
